By purchasing or engaging in any coaching services, programs, or products offered by [Tava Services LLC] (“we”, “us” “our”), you (“Client”, “You”or “Your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.


1. Services Provided


We offer coaching services, programs, and resources focused on helping online business owners, particularly those on social media or anyone selling digital courses, scale their businesses. These services may include but are not limited to:

One-on-one coaching

Group coaching

Digital products (courses, master classes, templates, PDFs, etc.)

Audits and evaluations (e.g., DM audits)


2. Payment Terms

All coaching programs, courses, and services are offered at specified rates. Payment must be made in full before access is granted unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments can be made via credit or debit cards

Payment plans are available for certain programs and are subject to approval. Payments are non-refundable.


3. Refunds and Cancellations

 Coaching Services: All coaching services are non-refundable. Once payment is made for coaching, there will be no refunds, even if the Client decides not to proceed with the services or is dissatisfied with the coaching sessions.

Digital Products: No refunds are provided for digital products after purchase. All sales are final. Results are also not guaranteed

 If you wish to cancel any ongoing coaching service, a written notice must be provided at least 30 in advance. However, cancellation will not result in a refund of any paid fees.


4. Client Responsibilities
 The Client agrees to provide accurate and honest information when engaging in any coaching services.

The Client agrees to complete any assigned work, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, or content creation, within the agreed-upon time frames.

The Client agrees to attend coaching sessions as scheduled. Rescheduling of sessions requires at least 24 hours notice, and failure to attend without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited.


5. Confidentiality

We value the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared during the coaching sessions will remain confidential unless you provide written consent for its use.

You may not disclose, share, or distribute any proprietary materials (e.g., course materials, templates) received as part of your coaching program.


6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our coaching services, including course materials, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of Tava Services LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without permission.

 Any content shared by you during the coaching process (e.g., questions, feedback) remains your property, but by sharing it with us, you grant us permission to use it for coaching purposes.


7. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide the best coaching and strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, such as sales or business growth. The success of our coaching services depends on various factors, including your effort, implementation of strategies, and market conditions.

 We are not responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes related to the use of our services.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tava Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business opportunities.


9. Non-Disparagement Clause

The Client agrees not to post, publish, or make any statements (whether through social media, online reviews, or other platforms) that could damage or disparage the reputation of Tava Services LLC or its coaches.

 Any false or defamatory statements about our business or services, whether written, verbal, or digital, will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.


10. Termination of Services

 We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if the Client is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior during the coaching sessions.

 In the event of termination by us, any unused coaching sessions will be refunded on a prorated basis.


11. Amendments

 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of USA/NY without  regard to its conflict of law principles.
